Thanks jedstrom, I think this is a good idea. Wasn't a use case originally but it makes sense. Once I have some time I will see if I can try and clean up the UI a little bit and get it in there.

Have tested this as well and it works well. What use to be a screen of warning messages is no more. Thanks @joco_sp.

Thanks chrotto, will close this off. This is Drupal core functionality and there is currently an issue looking into this.

Try and run cron a few times to ensure fields are actually purged following deletion. This is managed by core and not this module.

Sorry for the delay. I have actually pushed a quick fix to the latest branch to include the paragraph you mentioned. I will leave those modules off the list for now as I think there are enough differences. As there is still a Drupal 7 release available I will leave those Drupal 7 modules as "similar" for now.

I am going to close this one off as the 2.x version was never going to have any code updates. I have pushed an update to the 3.x version to support Drupal 10.
