Clarify that the input field is hidden

Sorry for the delay. I have actually pushed a quick fix to the latest branch to include the paragraph you mentioned. I will leave those modules off the list for now as I think there are enough differences. As there is still a Drupal 7 release available I will leave those Drupal 7 modules as "similar" for now.

Also, since many people get their info from the project page, perhaps the "Note: The input field with the default value in the create/edit form is hidden. [...]" text can also be added there?
