I think we should make it easier to one click to information about the latest Drupal release.
Make a super obvious - and at the top - could be the top line of the Download menu that says:
Drupal 11 - and takes you to release notes, or a landing page that has Drupal CMS and Drupal 11 and information from the release notes right in front about what's in that version of Drupal.
It doesn't have to be the release notes, but something that's got new features in that version front and center, and makes it MUCH easier to find the install instructions and also the release notes. I think we've de-emphasized that valuable information to the point that when i'm talking to folks new to Drupal - they don't even know where to FIND it.
