Second this. We have a situation where the menu only appears if a page is in the menu, but want the link to several pages to not appear in the menu so that the user arrives at the page via a separate navigation method.

This fixes the creation of field states, but still throws an error when trying to edit existing.
I'm getting this error message regardless at the moment. Whether on a simple text field, boolean, text list, number, etc.
Neither 8 or 10 patch works for me. Both cause WSOD and complain about not being able to call the menu manipulator module. Yes, I have the menu manipulator module installed.
I can reproduce this by adding a section element and various form elements inside the section element. The module doesn't seem to know what to do with the section element.
I'm getting the same error message after uploading an image and then trying to remove selected image. #6 does not resolve the issue. Could be separate issue, but based on the current information, they appear to be related.
