Many thanks for answers and for help. I managed to make the Docker container work at HTTPS. As @gisle commented, this is not a Drupal question so I will not go into details. Thanks once again for willingness.

The same problem here. I alter the checkout completion message in UI but nothing gets changed on the site.
Am I missing something? Some guidance would be highly appreciated...

I am running a R Shiny app in Docker container and embedding it into a Drupal page via iframe. While my web site ran at HTTP everything worked fine. Now that I installed SSL certificate and Drupal site started using HTTPS, my Shiny app got blocked because it runs at HTTP.  I was not able to make my app working in Docker container at HTTPS; spent few days trying it, so I assumed it might be easier for me to solve this puzzle at Drupal side. A bit silly use-case I guess..:)

Anyway, I hoped that there will be some easy way with Drupal, set paths to use HTTP instead of HTTPS; with modules like Security Kit → for example; but I did not find any solution yet... 

The reason why app in iframe does not work in the D10 site is that site is running on HTTPS while app on HTTP; so it is a mixed content and insecure app is being blocked.
Closing as work as designed.

many thanks for the fast and exhausting answer, I really appreciate it.

You were right with your assumptions, it is my custom view and your solution worked for me, adding the validation criteria did the trick.
Also I apologize for the way I reported security issue, I will now know for the future.
