I need help modifying that test...changed description of field and tried updating, but something else is needed.
Quick update based on @mcdruid #9. Further explanation of this experimental option, path requirements and link to Drupal 9 Shim. Happy to go deeper with a checkbox in admin interface, if necessary.
Agreed please test! I have only Drupal core based cookies needs, so any custom/module based cookie code would be ideal.
This needs test written to pass, but patch #5 is working for timezone offsets. Great Stuff, a true missing element of great time based reporting with views!
#2 resolved the overlay issue with latest jQuery UI 1.13.2. With new jQuery UI the Modal is now draggable and not centered, but usable certainly.

Patch #2 solve for our us. Was occurring on name and advanced address composite fields.

Solved by Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes → closing this as duplicate.
