The problem was solved.
After update from Drupal core 10.1.7 to 10.2.0, ignore the error messages, directly go to update.php and perform the update. Then these error messages disappeared.
Nothing specific, only installed a new update from Drupal core 10.1.7 to 10.2.0, then a long list of error messages popup.

Just uninstall all of distribute modules, and most core modules, the problem is still the same.
Now can eliminate the modules mess with SHS call.
