I have this problem as well:
PHP APCu caching
Enabled (32 MB)
Depending on your configuration, Drupal can run with a 32 MB APCu limit. However, a 32 MB APCu limit (the default) or above is recommended, especially if your site uses additional custom or contributed modules.
Indeed, stuck with Drupal 10.2.7 and file_mdm 3.0.0 (latest Drupal core with latest file_mdm that works with it). Getting update notifications multiple times per day. A bit annoying. Drupal 10.3 is released tomorrow, so hopefully I can upgrade both to resolve this situation.
I've been trying out Diff Plus for a few months, and I like it.
I also just tested the patch from #3, with Drupal 10.2.1, with Diff 8.x-1.1 and Diff Plus 1.0.0. It also works well.
From https://www.drupal.org/about/core/policies/core-release-cycles/schedule: → "Week of December 11, 2023 (UTC)" -> "Drupal 10.2.0 released. End of security support for 10.0.x.". So, Drupal 10.2 gets released this week.
Can anyone say something about plans for the next release? When will that be? Any ideas already on that?
I have this issue as well. Can't update file_mdm as image_effects does not support v3.

Almost two months later, no replies. Can somebody at least confirm that we consider this a bug?
