Support is an awesome module. When we use this module for multiple clients, drupal user roles is the only way to isolate one client tickets from other.
It would be fine to have a checkbox in client add form. When the checkbox is ticked, a new role which is same as client's name can be created. Optionally user can be redirected to permissions configuration page. I am sure this will be an handy feature for support module.
Any thoughts pertaining to this will be greatly appreciated.
