What's easy for me, might be hard for you and vice versa. I would like to get rid of the "Advanced" section of the install handbook so that it doesn't become a catch-all for "misc" stuff. Some new pages have been added from the HOWTO install section. Please shuffle the pages where appropriate, and discuss (below) what sections might be needed so that we can avoid creating "that place where content goes to die." :)
