Error (HTTP 404) when renaming code component from Library

Overview

When attempting to rename a code component from the library, the operation fails with the following error message:

Failed to rename component

An error (HTTP 404) occurred while renaming the component. Please check the browser console for more details.

Steps to Reproduce:
