Autocomplete textfield surrounds titles with double quotes

Looks like the same issue applies to autocomplete on LinkItem field type if coma present in the title. Can you provide the release you were on before first observing of the issue ?

We just noticed this after Drupal core 10.5.2
But our site is 14 yr old with over 10,000 pages - so this could have been a couple of updates ago

Hi, If this problem was discovered on a version of Drupal that is not 11.x, add that information in the issue summary and leave the version at 11.x. In Drupal core changes are made on on 11.x (our main development branch) first, and are then back ported as needed according to the Core change policies → . Thanks.
