"Starshot demo design system" should not appear and not have a logo

Problem/Motivation

"Starshot demo design system" appears as the main site logo in the SaaS theme, instead of the "fake company" that it should be in this template. Also I've seen footer designs which are not yet implemented apparently that have the same logo.

Starshot is not used as a name anymore. So this image and branding should not appear.

Also the site templates are not for sites about Starshot/Drupal CMS but for the business that is going to use them, so they would use fake company names / logos as appropriate I believe.
