Completely remove the color_mode prop

Problem/Motivation

The color_mode prop was replaced by schemes, but it's still defined in several components. Because Canvas tracks the props' names and settings, we need to totally remove color_mode (at least as a visible prop) before we tag a stable or beta release of Mercury.

I have remove the color_mode prop from all *.component.yml files. Not sure, If the color_mode variable needs to be removed from twig templates.
