I am getting this error message on screen "The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later." when I click "ADD PRODUCT"

I see this in the log : Error: Call to a member function getMode() on null in Drupal\eca_render\Hook\RenderHooks->formAlter() (line 367 of /home/abc/public_html/web/modules/contrib/eca/modules/render/src/Hook/RenderHooks.php).
