Update the branch support table

Problem/Motivation

The project page links to the branch support table in the Gitlab Wiki. The table ends at USWDS 3.11 and UI Suite USWDS version 4.0.0-beta1. Both have moved on since then (3.13 and 4.0.1 respectively) so it would be nice to udpate that table so people know what to expect.
