Theme settings content provisioning applies to default theme instead of selected theme

I have tested the functionality of the updated provisioning script and can confirm that:

• the issue with the block placements is now fixed
• block placements are now created in the correct theme (the theme in whose theme settings I pressed "provision content") instead of the default theme.
