Currently, CivicTheme injects TOC and Tags into all view modes of a Page. This makes both TOC and Tags to appear on every view mode.
There is already a part in the code where we are filtering for the view mode for the node's title.
1. Add a new view mode to Page
2. Add Components field to that view mode through Layout Builder
3. Render this view mode on a different page or through views
4. Observe TOC and Tags appearing
Add the same code fences to only show these on the `full` view mode.
