XB AI: Encountering QuotaExceededError while saving the chat history in session storage

Overview

When a user uploads a very large file or multiple small sized files than QuotaExceededError error is encountered while trying to save the chat history.
This is happening because of the Quota limit for session storage.This issue was brought up in 🐛 XB-AI fails to gracefully handle large image file uploads Active .

I tested this and i can confirm that functionality wise it's working as expected. If we get an approval on the usage of indexedDB then happy to RTBC it.
