You should be able to translate the menu items under /admin/structure/menu/mainnavigation (or another men) The action-button should have an entry for translation
In der englischen Translation der Seite ist die Hauptnavigation nach wie vor in deutscher Sprache abgebildet.
Die Hauptnavigation sollte folgendermaßen auf Englisch übersetzt werden:

Lösungen -> Soutions
Fallstudien -> Cases
News, Events und Community kann gleich bleiben.
