Add Experience Builder integration button for Acquia SEO

Problem/Motivation

There should be a button which opens the Conductor app in Experience Builder

Proposed resolution

The button should be labelled “Acquia SEO” and display the Acquia/magnifying glass icon

The button can run something static that isn’t part of a fully setup JavaScript application (this will be covered in a follow up ticket)
