Create a "constant" field to enable group_by when no column with common value

Views requires a field to group by before it can perform functions like SUM or AVG. If a source CSV file doesn't have a column with identical values, there's no way to sum an entire column.

Let's consider adding a virtual "constant" field that can be used for the group_by.
