CKEditor v45.2.0 Compatibility

Drupal 11.2 upgrades CKEditor to v45.2.0 which has breaking changes

Upgrade to Drupal 11.2.3 and open a CKEditor field with the iconify_field module configured.

Update the pathing in iconify_field_options_form_view.ts file to the new icons file and make a new release requiring Drupal >=11.2.3
