Remove jquery dependency in JS behaviors

Problem/Motivation

@yaireo/tagify does not depend on jquery, so it is a bit unfortunate that the custom JS behaviors do.

I believe the facets integration would still need jquery to trigger the facets_filter event. But for the rest I suspect it would be possible, as an improvement, to remove the dependency on jquery.

    @gxleano Could you confirm you are open to the idea of dropping jquery in those behaviors?
    If so I can try to find some time but I noticed and opened more pressing issues/bugs.
