AI Initiative Issue Tracker

, we can pull issues to a tracker website from drupal.org based on certain filters (project, tags, status etc.)
Most of communication between the team members happen in Drupal Slack, and it would seem natural to use it for publishing issue updates.
To do that, we need a proper Slack application (Chrome plugin like https://github.com/mdlutz24/drupal-meeting-parser won't be enough since it's a) one-way, read-only and b) violates Slack terms of use - bots are explicitly disallowed to impersonate as real users).
I have asked in #drupal-infrastructure channel and got a reply that generally, applications are not allowed (although there is like a dozen of already installed applications).
Given that we plan to have generic, non-AI related issue tracking, can we also link this tracking to Slack?
