Split DisplayBuilderForm::form() in 3 to ease maitainance

In order to ease the work on 📌 Merge island_settings & island_configuration in profiles Active , it would be better to split the 225 lines long DisplayBuilderForm::form() method by isolating:

the logic to build each Island Type table
the logic to build each Island table row

This will introduce intermediary type checks and "sandbox" some variables.
