User needs permission to delete any media to upload images

User needs to have this permission enabled to be able to upload an image. When not, the uploaders gets stock and it does not create the media entity.

Context:
Drupal Version 10.5.1
Hosted on Pantheon with Lando local and Composer
Media Library Version: 10.5.1
Layout Builder Modal Version: 2.0.0

Set up a testing site with Layout Builder Modal and Media Library
Create a block type with an entity reference media image
Create an editor role with access to Entity Browser, Media Image, and the new block type
Use Media Library on the block form Display
Logged in with a editor user, add a block on a Page Layout
Try uploading an image from your local

I found this error on a kind of new website with Drupal 10.5.1. But, I think we should probably test this on a clean set up and using D11 to check if there are other modules involved.
