Case sensitive / case insensitive matching in autocomplete

I think the idea of allowing for case sensitivity as a setting makes sense to me. I added some comments on the merge request.

I am not sure why the job failed, but am running the pipeline on 3.1.x to see if there any pre-existing new issues that cropped up with the latest Drupal 11.2 release.

You may want to merge in origin/3.1.x after fetching from origin to allow the pipeline to run completely without having to create a new pipeline manually in the merge request.

Setting to Needs work for test failures.

I went ahead and resolved some of the code standard issues in the merge request so that I could merge this.
