Review AI backport issues for accuracy

Problem/Motivation

I noticed quite a few issues that were tagged with "needs backport to 1.1.x" that had already been backported and some that it wasn't clear they had been.

Proposed resolution

Go through issues tagged for backport and remove tag when it's obvious it's been backported and ping Marcus for the rest.
