Add basic install tests for module and submodule

Currently failing due to 📌 Drupal 11 and Commerce 3 compatibility Active .

The "action" core module does not exist anymore, we need to add a dependency on the contrib actions module.

This should do the trick. I guess we should add a new major version for the dependency change?

Tests are failing.

Yeah several schema / config issues. Would be great if someone could proceed here. We're not actively using this module anymore, so won't invest much time unless paid FYI. Thanks!
