In the text size section as well as the line spacing section, the + and - buttons are not navigable by keyboard. The number field in the middle is, so it is still usable to type in a number, but it is not quite as friendly as mouse users have access to.

I was able to hit the - and + buttons by using the keyboard.
Moving this to "Needs Review" just in case anyone wants to review this.
