Following the issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/fluidui/issues/3503132 🐛 Better Region Name than "FluidUI Widget Container" Active

Problem/Motivation

There is a dedicated semantic region for the FluidUI widget, which is good. Its aria-label is "FluidUI Widget Container" which sounds good to a developer (me), but is not very helpful information for a site visitor who has no idea what FluidUI is.

Proposed resolution

Change the name to something that makes its purpose more apparent to site visitors, like "Interface Settings."

Remaining tasks

This is set in /templates/fluid-ui-block.html.twig.

The nice thing about that is I can easily override it within my theme, but I think this change makes sense to put in to the module to benefit everyone.
