Make GinNavigation as service which can be override by subtheme/module

Theme don't allow define services

We're not continuing with the development of our test implementation of navigation. Please use the Core navigation module instead.

The new GinNavigation native support Multi-level left side menu. And looks very great. If use core navigation, We must rewrite all the same logic of GinNavigation did.

Oh, I didn't enable core navigation module, After enable it, All works like GinNavition. Wow

We first integrated it into Gin for testing purposes before we moved it to Core and developed it further. So the Core one is way more advanced and our test implementation will soon be deprecated and removed.

So it makes sense building on top of the Core one :)
