This patch works to make the module installable on D11, but when I go to /user, I get this error:
TypeError: Drupal\advagg\Asset\CssOptimizer::__construct(): Argument #2 ($event_dispatcher) must be of type Drupal\Component\EventDispatcher\ContainerAwareEventDispatcher, Symfony\Component\EventDispatcher\EventDispatcher given, called in /var/www/html/web/core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php on line 259 in Drupal\advagg\Asset\CssOptimizer->__construct() (line 17 of /var/www/html/repos/advagg/src/Asset/CssOptimizer.php).
