Make it possible to run as part of a CI pipeline

Problem/Motivation

Currently you can run the tests manually, import and export them, but you can't really run them automated. We should add so you can export them as either kernel tests, or so that you can use kernel tests to set them up and run a drush command.

Proposed resolution

Add a drush command to run the tests.
Figure out the best way to do this with dependencies in a kernel test.
