This is a duplicate of 🐛 Webform library configuration information message text inaccessible Active .
Upon accessing /structure/webform/config/libraries when having the gin theme as the admin theme, information messages are displayed, but the text is not easily readable and does not meet accessibility standards.
Enabled webforms onto a site or navigate to /structure/webform/config/libraries
Enabled or make Gin the admin theme
Information message appears at the top of the page
Change the text from the dark grey to either white or the gin theme --gin-color-info-light
