Offering to maintain Profile Complete Percent

Problem/Motivation

The Profile Complete Percent module doesn't have any D10 or D11 releases. We're using it on our project and are interested in keeping it supported.

I've contacted BarisW (current maintainer, seems to be the last active maintainer as per 💬 Support Drupal 10 Active ) on Monday, July 14th, using the Contact form, and haven't gotten any response so far.

There are a couple of issues I've made MRs for:
* 🐛 Incorrect library attachment in pcp.info.yml file Active
* 📌 Drupal 11 support Active

As a maintainer, I plan to focus on bugfixes and support.
