There's some issues with the GilabCI pipelines:
fatal: unable to access 'https://git.drupalcode.org/issue/acquia_optimize-3536086.git/': Failed to connect to git.drupalcode.org port 443 after 130312 ms: Could not connect to serverBut all issues are fixed except for the ESLINT and STYLELINT because it's a HUGE list and I don't have a lot time for fixing these.
I'll leave to "Needs Work" and perhaps I'll find some time later. @ankitv18
