Request for 'confirmed' user role

I would like to request the 'confirmed' user role for my Drupal.org account.

Reason for the request:
I actively look forward contributing to the Drupal community and would like to have this role enabled in order to participate more fully—particularly in areas that require a higher level of trust or access, such as issue queues, project applications, or contribution initiatives.
