Remove provider and vdb provider stubs

Problem/Motivation

If you haven't updated by 1.2.0 or if you are trying to do an update from 1.0.0-beta3 to 1.2.0 that is your problem :)

We remove them now.

Proposed resolution

Remove the folders modules/providers and modules/vdb_providers from the AI core module.
