Overview

XbBuilder::getCsrfToken currently lacks error handling. If refreshing the CSRF token fails, there is no user-visible error message; instead, the message

Loading Experience Builder AI...

remains displayed indefinitely.

Proposed resolution

  • Enhance error handling so that, if the CSRF token fails to load, a custom event is fired
  • This event can be listened for elsewhere to display an appropriate error message or trigger additional recovery logic.
