Give the "view ads" permission to authenticated / anonymous users by default (on hook_install)

Problem/Motivation

I just tested the module as a logged out user and was wondering why my user could not see the ads, but as an admin I could see them!

The issue was, that there is a "view ads" permission, which isn't set to anonymous / authenticated by default! This is really unusual especially for and ads module!
