[PP-1] Fix invalid @covers @coversMethod annotations

Overview

With 🐛 PHPUnit Next Major tests failing Active we will move to phpstan 2
This includes more strict checking of phpunit coverage.

Proposed resolution

Remove these two from phpstan.neon

    - identifier: phpunit.coversMethod
    - identifier: .covers

Fix the errors
