Create a PHP unit test for creating a web form analysis block

Problem/Motivation

This module provides a block. There is no test that checks whether this block can be placed using block layout.

The blocking be found in web/modules/contrib/webform_analysis/src/Plugin/Block/WebformAnalysisBlock.php

Proposed resolution

Create a PHP unit test. Use a similar test from Drupal as an example.
