Update summary on project page for compatibility with Project Browser

I suggest this summary, what do you guys think?

This module provides a new media type and media source plugin called 'link'. It allows for the creation of media which is a link to internal or external URLs and resources.

@danrod that looks great to me. Where do you add the short description? Is it on the main project edit page in the summary of the description field? Or somewhere else?
