There are a couple of issues after the dependencies update:

core.base_field_override.site_setting_entity.footer_copyright.metatag and core.base_field_override.site_setting_entity.subscribe_form.metatag are depricated and need to be removed as the site_setting_entity entity don't have canonical link anymore

site_setting_entity default content needs to be updated as it has group field instead of fieldset in 2.x version
