Aggregate entity queries not working properly with Workspaces

Problem/Motivation

It appears that Drupal\trash\EntityQuery\Workspaces\QueryFactory is not being used when both trash and workspaces are installed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable trash and workspaces
2. Delete an entity in the live workspace, moving it to trash
3. Run an aggregated entity query, notice that the entity shows up, even though it should not

Proposed resolution

Fix the service decoration priority.
