Update 10.4.8 -> 10.5.0

Please analyze the browser console logs when on 10.5.0 and also Drupal's logs and let us know if there are errors shown there.

At a glance ckeditortooltipview isn't part of Drupal Core. Can you update the steps to reproduce to include any contributed or custom modules that are extending CKEditor on the affected site?

first i'm using this ckeditor plugin: https://www.drupal.org/project/ckeditor_tooltips → ("hover", see screenshot)

till 10.4.8 CKEditor Toolbar is shown when i edit a node (in the toolbar is also a button/icon für ckeditor-tooltips)
after the update (composer) to 10.5.0 CKEditor Toolbar is missing

i'm with you that seems no core problem. i think i open a issue on ckeditor-tooltips-page?

i set up my testsystem with backup from10.4.8.

see chrome-log 10.4.8. looks fine.

Try to fix the error when use drupal10.5.

i did an update from 10.4.8 to 10.5.0.

after download & replacing 3 files from fix https://git.drupalcode.org/issue/ckeditor_tooltips-3531739/-/compare/1.0... the ckeditor toolbar is visible again!
