How to show all items in facet, only allow one selection?

Problem/Motivation

For a project I'd like to be able to do the following:
* Show all items in a facet.
* When an item is selected all remaining items are still visible.
* Selecting a different/second item is selected the previous item is unselected.

It does not seem possible to do this right now, unless I'm missing something?
