"Manage privacy settings" in consent widget does nothing when the consent dialog is already open

No, unfortunately not. Klaro-JS always uses the same ID for the active dialog. If the notice dialog is open and we trigger the open function, the focus only moves to the active dialog. We have to check whether another Klaro dialog is open and close it first if necessary.
